I founded Rules of Three with Satyaki Yadav at the end of 2022. On April 5th 2023 we hosted our "Painting for Decision-making" workshop at Pestalozzi-Fröbel-Haus Berlin in Schöneberg, Berlin, as part of the institution's PFH Day. Over 400 employees signed-up for the event, which aimed to encourage a dialogue about sustainable development in line with the United Nations' Agenda 2030.

During our 3-hour workshop, which was attended by 11 people, we applied our method consisting of creative writing, critical thinking, painting, and reflection exercises to allow the participants to acquire a new perspective on answering questions related to themselves and work topics.
